How to file a grievance
Write to the Grievance Officer at the address above, including:
- The link to the article or page you are complaining about
- What specifically is wrong with it, and why
- Any document that supports your account
- Your name and an address for our reply
What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
- We dispose of the grievance and tell you the outcome within15 days of receiving it.
- If the complaint is upheld we correct, annotate or withdraw the content, and the change is recorded on the page itself.
If you are not satisfied
The Rules set up a three-tier structure. If our response does not resolve the matter you may escalate to the self-regulating body of publishers we are associated with, and after that to the Oversight Mechanism of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Complaints may also be filed through the Ministry's portal at mib.gov.in.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Saurashtra Live is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here, or from the site being unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Junagadh,Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
