Before you send something
If you send a document or a photograph, say where you got it. If you would rather your name was not used, say so — that will be respected.
Complaints
If a correction request is not resolved to your satisfaction, or your complaint is about the content itself, it goes to our Grievance Officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
